LAMB ON THE SPITBRAAI
We are very proud of our work and our spitbraais. Our braais is very well maintained clean and delivered to you our customers with a pleasure. Our utilities is perfect and to be honest, gone is the days of using “draad” to fasten the lamb on the spitbraai.
For best results,
Let the lamb braai for +- 25 – 30 minutes.
Brush melted butter (we use stork to bake) onto the lamb and leave for another 25 – 30 minutes.
Use a good quality basting sauces Jimmy’s basting sauces work for us.
Mix the basting with a little bit of coke or red wind.
Add spices such as salt, fresh rosemary and garlic
Brush the mixture onto the lamb every 30 Minutes.
